After living through an absolute nightmare of outsourcing the managmement of our Google Ads account that cut our revenue in half, we were introduced to Kristen. She took a professional approach, working with us to understand our business, set-up some straightfoward campaigns, regulary review and tweak and always working with a sense of urgency, attention to detail and great communication, turned things around. Just a few months later, we are now moving past our previous peak and into new territory in the number of leads, conversions and revenue.
